David & Bec Hodges own and operate the Management Rights business of Riviere on Golden Beach and are the new managers here. We also manage external permanent/holiday rentals and sales of property investments. Exellent customer service, accommodation and presentation of the resort complex and is our number one priority. We pride our selves on clean presentation of not only the apartments but all common areas of the resort.

Property info

The superb Location and proximity to all major tourist attractions on the Southern part of the Sunshine Coast and Caloundras five superb beaches means you don't have to travel far to enjoy these facilities. We are only 200 meters from the Golden Beach shopping center and a 5 minute drive to both Stock lands and Pelican waters shopping centers. Two, three & four bedroom fully self contained apartments are beautifully presented with all having waterfront balconies and some also showing the Glass House Mountains. All apartments have flat screen TV's & DVD's with all free to air and 10 pay TV channels. Wireless broadband is available at all apartments and common areas. There is lift access to all apartments from secure undercover parking and reception. There is a sensational heated out door pool and recreational area and a lovely relaxing BBQ area in a nice tropical setting.

Neighborhood info

Located on the waterfront of the Pumicestone Passage and close to shops, play grounds for the children and superb walk ways in the quite relaxing location of Golden Beach. 200 meters to a patrolled swimming area and superb childrens play ground.
