There is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax both inside and out. There is a separate dining room with a classic piece of country Australiana where you can really enjoy each other’s company at mealtimes. The Bedrooms are freshly carpeted with scrumptiously comfortable beds, lots of storage, Air-con, ceiling fans, and privacy. The house is solar powered so you can run the aircon from dawn to dusk and switch it off in the evening for mild sleeping temperatures at night. Flick on the 50-inch TV and catch up on your favorite Netflix or Amazon prime series. The home has ample outdoor living with dining for 8, plenty of shade, couches for that afternoon snooze, and sunlounges to rest on while you watch the kids play in the huge swimming pool. The home is centrally located. Kewarra beach is wedged between Trinity Beach, Clifton Beach and Palm Cove which is 9 minutes to the north. Both Trinity beach and Palm Cove are tree-lined seaside promenades with restaurants, cafes, bars, resorts, and interesting shops to pop into. Our homes is: - Less than 2 minutes’ drive to the picturesque Kewarra Beach swimming zone and the beach-side BBQ (and Playground) - 10 minutes walk and right next to the swimming zone is the Kewarra Beach resort and the famous Beach Shack where you can enjoy a cocktail under the palms. - Kewarra beach has a beautiful beachside walk and the leash free area for your pooch to play. There is also a fenced dog park 2 minutes’ walk from the front door. - 2 minutes’ drive or 8 minutes’ walk to the local bottle shop, grocery, Thai restaurant, burger and pizza bar. The local bakery has the best sourdough and Danish pastry in Far North Queensland. - 15 minutes’ walk in the opposite direction (or 4 minutes’ drive down Miami Rd) to Trinity beach with its beachside bars, local tavern, restaurants, cafes, and wood-fired pizza restaurant. - 8 minutes’ drive back down Captain Cook Highway to Smithfield for all of your shopping needs, including Woolworths, Coles, restaurants, bars, movie theatres and the best bubble tea stand in Cairns beaches. - 2 minutes either side of Woollies and you arrive at AJ Hackett bungy park, or the Skyrail rain forest cableway. - We are 24 minutes to the center of Cairns and 15 minutes to Cairns airport. - 40 minutes north and you are in Port Douglas with all of the luxury this destination has to offer.
