Rosemill Cottage is a heritage style, wheelchair accessible home in Queen St, Berry, newly renovated with features to support guests living with a disability or recovering from surgery. The property has ramps, flat entry showers, an automated electric king-single bed, a shower commode and a patient hoist, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs and carers. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout offers plenty of space, with natural light, stained glass touches, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fresh linen and towels. The kitchen includes a 5 burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine, and the open living area has comfy seating, a large TV, Wi-Fi, a reading and games nook, and a wood fireplace. The space opens to a large deck with outdoor dining and a BBQ. The cottage is a short and accessible trip to Berry’s shops and dining, and close to beaches, wineries and walking tracks. Bedding: Bedroom 1 Queen, Bedroom 2 Queen, Bedroom 3 automated king single with equipment stored neatly. Firewood is supplied from Easter long weekend to October long weekend. Companion dogs are welcome. Enhance your stay with a 50 AUD cheese board, available by request.
