Each apartment is air-conditioned and includes a large sunny balcony, some with views of the ocean or river. All fully equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. The spacious lounge/dining areas include cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system. Private laundry facilities are also provided and there is elevator access to all floors. Free WiFi is available. Rovera Apartments are located in the heart of Cotton Tree – we offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom holiday apartments with superb views. Directly opposite the river and only a short stroll away from the patrolled surf beach. There is a lift to all levels and secure parking - cafes, shops and bus stop on ground level. This is the perfect destination for your holiday on the stunning Sunshine Coast.

Our location cannot be beaten - situated right in the heart of the Cotton Tree shopping precinct with many restaurants and cafe's at our doorstep. The Boat Shed, Silver Spoon Tea House, Cenzo's Pizzeria, Local Flow, Namory and of course the Coffee Club just to name a few...Cotton Tree Meats is a favourite of locals and visitors looking for that succulent steak or sausage for the BBQ. The Sunday Cotton Tree Markets are open every Sunday from 7am - 12pm.
