Set in a boutique complex of three, just 220 metres to everything, Saltwater #1 is a comfortable holiday townhouse ideal for couples and small families. Located on entry level of the complex, Saltwater #1 offers decor best described as colonial with a Balinese twist. This tidy apartment with wood floorboards and air conditioning in the living spaces contains an entertaining deck, which overlooks the Terrigal bowl. It also features access to shared common grassed area with a clothes line. Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built-in robe and en suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built-in robes while bedroom 3 contains two single beds. . *Living room contains a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi and balcony access *Kitchen contains dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, oven, fridge *Just 220 metres to Terrigal beach and esplanade; easy flat walk *Balcony overlooking Terrigal bowl with gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 6 *Air conditioner, laundry contains washer (no dryer), complex of three *Main bathroom contains a bath, large shower, basin and toilet *Please note: Linen/towels supplied.
