Broadwater and Saltwater Apartments offers an oasis in the suburbs of the Sunshine Coast. Conveniently located in Birtinya, the complex is close to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, beaches and shopping. The complex offers a quite location on the canal with luscious gardens and pool to be able to relax during your stay while still being able to make the most of the area.

All room have canal views. We are located close to the Sunshine University Hospital, a short drive to Kawana Shopping World, the fantastic Sunshine Coast beaches are just around the corner as well as Bike paths and Walking tracks are at your door step.
