With 3 generous bedrooms, the king master with ensuite & large WIR is upstairs and the queen and kids bedrooms are downstairs with the family bathroom and a total of 3 toilets in the house. This house is perfect for families and even has 2 living TV areas so everyone can spread out. The location is ideal being 400 meters to the Inverloch football oval for the summer fair & the best New Year’s Eve fireworks, approximately 1km’s walk to beach and an 800m walk to cafes and restaurants. Sandy Shores is also pet friendly so even four legged family can come too.
