Property info

There are 5 bed rooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and another toilet (In total 2 toilets) in this house. Guests from all 5 rooms use common bathroom, toilets, kitchen and dining areas. Each room max of 2 guests can stay. We don't recommend roaming around in the farm if you are not familiar with farm life. There are ants that can bite. You might also see Kangaroos, usually they are shy and will run away. During rainy season you might see crawling insects such as millipedes inside the house. You need to keep the main door closed to stop them from crawling inside the house. They dont bite or sting, just annoying to see them.

The house located in a large farm house, near Kelmscott train station, surrounded by bushland, hills and Canning River. - Next to Banyowla Regional Park - 20 minut from Perth Airport - 5 min to Kelmscott train station - 30 min train ride to Perth CBD - Large vehicles parking space - Fenced property with 24 hrs security - 2.5km walk to Coles, woolworths , Op shops, Asian gocery shops, KFC, McDonalds, Dominos, Fish & chips, Zambrero, Dôme cafe, Chinese Noodles. There is also an Indian Temple.
