SEASIDE GEM located on Peregian Esplanade, just a 2 minute walk to Peregian Beach offers a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a separate bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen provides guests with a cooktop and oven, fridge ,dishwasher, microwave and island bench. The apartment is air conditioned, has WiFi and a flat screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided. Set in a large well maintained garden the unit is at ground level, has a large private deck overlooking a well maintained temperature controlled pool and sun deck with chairs and lounges. A private BBQ area is located in a secluded corner of the garden. Free undercover car parking is provided. SEASIDE GEM is within walking distance of the much loved Peregian Village with its collection of renowned restaurants, shops and coffee retreats. Sunshine Coast airport is 13km away, and Noosa's famed Hasting St 12km north.
