Location of this property was excellent. It was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having our own kitchen and plenty of space to relax. Walkable to town and beach- it was perfect for us!

This was my second visit and I’ll be back. It’s a really relaxing retreat from life. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, staff is very welcoming. Each time I have visited has been for 2 nights, and I only left to grab a meal or food to bring back - so I can’t speak to the nearby beaches, etc. But there is a little shopping village in Peregian a few minutes away with great shops and restaurants and a market.

Gina’s place exceeded me and my partners expectations. Gina was very warm and welcoming. The amenities were spot on, the bed was so comfy and the place was spotless. Her neighbor is also really friendly and the dog down the stairs is really cute as well! We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more and we will be staying here again when we come to visit the sunny cost!

This is a fantastic property which is well set up as a holiday home. We enjoyed the contemporary decor and relaxed setting that this home offers. It was easy to catch the free bus (Christmas and Easter) into Noosa. The bus stop was very close by. There were also some good eating options nearby (Zachary's) which we could walk to when we didn't feel like heading into Hastings St. The host was very friendly and the place was immaculately clean. We enjoyed using the swimming pool which was shared with neighbouring properties. We highly recommend!

What Guests Said About Peregian Beach:

Scored out of 10, guest rating 10

This is such a beautiful area of the Sunshine Coast.

This is such a beautiful area of the Sunshine Coast. Very central to Coolum and Noosa and not far, by car, from many attractions elsewhere. The children particularly enjoyed the Ginger Factory, QCamel, Holy Moly Unlimited Play and Kid's World Adventure Playground. The Noosa Chocolate Factory was also a hit. We also traveled to the Eumundi Markets and Montville, where we had a real culinary treat at Waffle-On Stroopwafels.

Peregian Beach has a relaxed vibe with shops and restaurants...

Peregian Beach has a relaxed vibe with shops and restaurants in walking distance so that it is possible to enjoy a stay without having to leave the area. Having stayed in winter we did not make use of the beach but that is another plus for the warmer months.

Stunning!

Stunning! In a world so impersonable these days, the locals are dog lovers and they are all so lovely and welcoming. I have now rated Peregian as one of my favourite beaches. We absolutely loved the Perriwinkle Restaurant, Outer Square cafe and the markets.

peregian Beach is beautiful- it is also patrolled from 7:30-4:30. Plus it has shops, cafes, bakery and an IGA across the road and chemist. There are no high rise buildings, it’s very much like you are living there a nice suburb

great long beaches that are not developed, so just sand dunes and wide beaches. Great swimming. No high-rise buildings, very much the opposite of Gold Coast or Noosa. Quiet. the village is lovely and has many good restaurant choices, as well as shopping, four cafes for good coffee. everything is close, and walkable. New supermarket in town that has everything. a really nice atmosphere. We had a nice meal in Peregian Springs (Indian);

the two bedroom apartment was well maintained.

the two bedroom apartment was well maintained. The general appearance clean and presentable. The old floor tiles and wall tiles in bathrooms are dated to the late 90’s and early 2000’s making the appearance a bit tired. shower screen needed replacing and small space compared with modern bathrooms. . this is another an apartment for anyone with knee problems or disabilities as it has steep, tiled stairwell to the bedrooms and shared bathroom. the path to beach needs maintaining and general access care due to a huge eastern brown snake residing in the scrub and moving about in the clement weather. so pathway not friendly with thongs on or walking and chatting without being aware of the venomous wildlife.
