Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Quaint hotel and very clean - the beach and walking path right in front - can't beat it! They also have bikes you can borrow which we highly recommend. Carmel was amazing and gave us lots of great ideas of what to see and where to swim. She was so friendly and really helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was delicious - a great array of food to choose from! Our room was ready for us to check in early and the later check out of 11am was fabulous. Location so close to the terminal meant we could check our luggage in for our flight and sneak back to the hotel for one last drink before our flight - this avoids the chaos of busy airport terminals!

It was very clean everywhere.No grafetti. Plenty of choices for dinner. Great boat trip on canals. Good trip on Duck..Lovely trip to Mount Tambourine.Excellent Horse Spectacular. Easy access up to Brisbane. Great beach. We ate the Clock pub, the restaurant at the chateau,the Irish pub…Finn c Cool, Broadbeach Valentinos and the pub opposite the chateau. All were great. Lots of choices for lunch street food.Got coffee just across the road.

There is so much to do on the Gold Coast but be prepared to...

There is so much to do on the Gold Coast but be prepared to spend while you are there. One of the highlights was the Jet Boat ride. You will get wet, even with the spray jacket on but it was awesome fun. The Q1 viewing deck was worth visiting, giving a great perspective of the whole area. If you have time and a way to get there, go south towards Tweed. It’s quite pretty as you get away from the city. It was a great holiday and week look forward to going again. Ask the locals what they would recommend because there is something for everyone.

Nice people watching.

Nice people watching. Lots of different ethnic groups and alot of people in fancy clothes showing off. Pacific Fair and Harbour Town are worth a look if you are into shopping. Theme Parks are all great. Outback Show and Draculas are good meal and shows to see

It was nice.

It was nice. Coming from the country it was hard to find a way around the Gold Coast, especially with parking , having a car that needs 2.1 clearance. I suppose more information Ambrosius on what you can do and where things are.

Paradise that gives the same vibe as carribean coast lifestyle or Hawaii. Sun shining always with beautiful beaches to have a quick swim or surf, sipping through martini's, an sunset stroll alongside the beaches, shopping in the local markets or malls, Gold Coast got everything you want to have a relaxed and laid back lifestyle and fully enjoy your life.

We liked the clean paths and well kept facilities in the main beach area and shopping centres which made it easy for me to walk using a self propelled walker. Even though we are in our 80's we found plenty of activities, especially on the river, which were most enjoyable. There was a great variety of food choice and the visit to HOTO was a great success.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They allowed me to park my vehicle, inside the premises and check in a few hours later. Nothing was a problem to them, they were the best. The food at breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The night time bistro was cheap and enjoyable. The parking was safe and secure, which is important when you ride a motorcycle Absolutely top notch hotel , which encourages me & friends to come back again. Well done team

Hotel was amazing, wonderful for an extended family holiday. Apartment manager has wonderful communication and very helpful. Apartment and views as per listing. Amazing views over beach and skyline.
