We offer two properties nestled in bushland along the Severn River. You can choose from a two bedroom eco cabin (Severndipity) consisting of two bathrooms, wood fire, covered carport and BBQ area. The eco cabin features double glazed windows which allows you to experience the surrounding nature. The second property (Terata) is a one hundred year old renovated farm house retaining a genuine country feel. This property consists of three bedrooms ( 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wood fire place and a outdoor patio area with pizza oven. The house takes advantage of 360 degree views over the Ballandean hills and farmland. Sit on the verandah and watch the cows, kangaroos and wildlife as you enjoy a wine from one of the many nearby vineyards. Indulge in the seven sins of Severn-dipity. Freedom, Relaxation, Tranquility, Discovery, Peace, Rejuvenation and Serenity.
