Sheoak Holiday Home is perfectly positioned on The Esplanade with big views down the Channel to the Brothers. Only a few minutes to the boat ramp or Long Beach and the Oyster Walk is just across the road. The home is set well back on the block providing both privacy and adequate space for cars and boat. Walk up the stairs and you will immediately feel on holiday. A large open plan living area with an extended deck provides ample space for entertaining and relaxing - there is reverse cycle air conditioner, TV, DVD beautiful water views. The fourth bedroom with the second bathroom is downstairs, ideal for the teenagers, the snorers or guests who want even more privacy. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 sets of single bunks Bathroom with separate toilet Downstairs 1 Queen plus set of single bunks/ shower/shower/Laundry Please note: Sheets pillowcases and towels are not included in this property. (Quilts and Pillows are provided). Guests can either bring their own linen, or arrange hire directly with the Coffin Bay Linen Hire (additional charge).
