Welcome to this lovingly restored Beach House that was built in 1917 is a perfect mix of traditional Byron Bay house with an updated, contemporary amenities and design
With multiple entertaining areas, and nestled among tranquil, lush gardens, it’s the ideal destination for families and larger groups to enjoy an experience and create memories.
It features a variety of relaxing spaces, where the kitchen lead out to the covered back patio with BBQ, firepit and outdoor furniture that provides a fantastic forum for entertaining and family togetherness.
There are also plenty of seating at the front with deckchairs, table with benches and lounge so you can settle in for an evening to unwind with glass of wine or a beer after a day at the beach.
Inside the home, you'll find spacious lounge area with plenty of seating for everyone to relax, large dining table that can also be used as a desk/workplace. As a lovely addition for those you seek more seclusion additional studio is located at the back of the house and features comfortable double bed that sleeps two with semi outdoor full bathroom with shower.

Our property is situated in a quiet residential area, and we have a strict no-party policy. We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially during the evening hours, to respect our local neighbors. Please note that excessive noise, noise complaints resulting in NSW Government (Noisy Neighbors) or police intervention, or the issuance of a noise order will lead to immediate eviction without a refund of any payments and may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making noise outside between 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays, including Sundays.
Occupancy Limits: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or any subsequent written or email agreement.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in eviction and/or additional charges.
