Shorebreak Beachhouse is a coastal property situated next to the beach, with beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Pets staying by approval, ask prior to booking. The Studio’s are conveniently located a short drive from the centre of Coffs Harbour on the Northern Beach of Sapphire Beach. We have two Studio Apartments suitable for a maximum of two guests. Studio One has two levels, so there are stairs to climb, and we accept well-behaved small to medium-house dogs. Please note it has an open bathroom behind the bed wall. Studio 2 is unsuitable for pets and has a separate private ensuite and beautiful views out over the garden. Neither studio is suitable for children of any age and is very spacious, with everything provided for a restful getaway. Both studios have external entrances with key safe access. Please note they are self-check-in, and the owners do not meet guests. The owners live on the property in separate accommodation. We look forward to hosting your next stay away.
We have self-managed this property for over 15 years and look forward to sharing this special part of the world with our guests. We love gardening and hanging out at the beach. Waking early to the birds singing and sleeping to the sound of the waves. There are many great coastal walks and natural beauty in the area.
Sapphire Beach is a beautiful quiet neighbourhood, and only 8 min drive north from the centre of Coffs Harbour. The beach is a level 2-minute walk across the street. You can smell, hear and see the ocean. Shopping is a short drive away, depending on your requirements. The North Coast coastal walk is on our doorstep. Coffs is sure to offer everything you expect from a holiday.
