Direct bus to Cockburn Central & CBD, only 2.8km to Coogee Beach, and next to Stargate Shopping Centre—perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Set on a hill and within a peaceful street, location highlights include being just a five-minute drive to Coogee Beach and the Woodman Point fishing spot. You can take the family to the beach as often as you like, then dine at the many local restaurants and cafes while enjoying those pretty ocean sunsets. Walk to Smart Park (approx. 700 m from your front door) or take a stroll or cycle with the kids to the skate park. It's also a one-minute walk to Stargate Shopping Centre with Spudshed, pharmacy, newsagent, bank, a variety of shops, a cafe and liquor store attached to the local bar & bistro. A short drive takes you to Phoenix Shopping Centre with BIG W, Woolworths and Farmer Jacks', plus a range of clothing and speciality stores. Cockburn library sits next door.
