Welcome to Freddy's Boutique Villas. Relax and unwind in one of our luxurious villas housed in a lovingly restored 1890's cottage, equipped with modern appliances and amenities. Our spacious, one-bedroom apartments are located centrally in the heart of Warrnambool. They are within walking distance to all facilities including restaurants, shops, train station, courts and hospitals.
Located at the end of the Great Ocean Road, Freddy's Boutique Villas are the perfect gateway to the 12 Apostles, the Otway National Park, Gariwerd (Grampians National Park), Budj Bim National Park, the Coonawarra Wine Region and many more.
