LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of making booking. There is a Three Hundred Dollar refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. St Helens is a lovely 3-bedroom beachfront holiday home at Sultana Point that accommodates up to 6 guests. With the beach just steps away, St Helens is the perfect place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday! Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven with five burner gas stove top, microwave, Phillips dual drawer air fryer, toaster, kettle, Breville coffee machine-BYO beans, coffee plunger, island bench with stools. Lounge area with large smart TV, 3 seater and 2 seater lounges, single lounge chair, coffee table, split system, reverse cycle air-conditioner, small assortment of games. Sea views from each area. TV in main and 3rd bedroom. Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c, heated towel rail. Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, w/c. Small courtyard with clothesline. Deck with gas BBQ, outdoor setting, amazing sea views. Off street parking for 2 cars or car and boat. Guest mooring out front. Dog friendly CANCELLATION POLICY- more than 30 days before arrival-full refund / within 30 days of arrival no refund except cleaning fee and security deposit.
