Studio 11 Mandurah Marina is a beautifully presented two-bedroom, fully self-contained apartment located in the heart of the Marina precinct, just a short stroll from the waterfront. Guests love the location, with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, cinemas, boardwalks, beaches, children’s playgrounds and the marina waterfront all within 100–300 metres. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is right on your doorstep. Bike and boat hire, as well as Mandurah Cruises dolphin tours, are also only a short walk away, along with extensive walkways and cycle paths to explore the area. The apartment features a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for couples or families. The spacious living area includes high ceilings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, a 50-inch TV with Foxtel, and opens onto a large French balcony. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Studio 11 is fully self-contained, with beds made up for your arrival and towels provided. For longer stays, the apartment is serviced every five days. With beautiful beaches, marina views and a fantastic range of dining and activities nearby, Studio 11 Mandurah Marina is the perfect base to relax and enjoy everything Mandurah has to offer.
