Studio on Morgo overlooks the ocean, as well as both the Kalang and Bellinger Rivers at Urunga. It is a 2-minute walk to the swimming Lido, the boardwalk to the beach, the shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, and hotel. From the front of the building it looks at the mountain scenery and therefore the sunsets. From the back the sunrise over the Ocean. There is a view in every direction and the yellow-tailed black cockatoos come in every afternoon for a drink. It is paradise! Once you arrive, you do not need a car. It is very central to the CBD and all Urunga has to offer including a golf course, bowling greens, art galleries, shops and cafes, a swimming Lido, picnic areas and beach. Everything you need within 2 minute's walk. You only need a vehicle to explore Bellingen, Dorrigo, Coffs Harbour and all the fabulous local attractions.
Lorraine is a leading regenerative carbon farmer who has a farm and accommodation facilities also at Point Lookout, next to New England National Park at Ebor. She spends her time between her farm and bush paradise and the beautiful Urunga. She currently works with global companies mitigating the effects of climate change through farming practices such as carbon farming and enhancing natural capital and Australian landscapes. She has won numerous awards for her work and dedication to regenerative agricultural practices and farmers.
Urunga is a safe and inclusive village located on the pristine rivers and estuaries of the Mid-North Coast of Northern NSW (half way between Sydney and Brisbane and 20 minutes from an airport). It has all the amenities one needs in life plus incredible surroundings, mountain scenery, crystal clear swimming lagoons and rivers plus the beaches. The people are friendly and accepting, always willing to assist visitors to their much-loved village and local area. Many people visit Urunga and never want to leave, spending their time seeking a property to purchase.
