Nestled within a beachside hotel, this studio provides an ideal retreat mere minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport. With amenities like an onsite gym, a heated lagoon-style pool, and an onsite day spa, relaxation is guaranteed. Explore the chilled vibes of Coolum to the north, the country air of the hinterland to the west, and the vibrant energy of Maroochydore to the south.

I’ve lived on the Sunshine Coast since 2011 and holidayed here as a child. It was always my dream to live here, so I am excited to own this studio room (our little slice of paradise). I’ve watched the coast change a lot over the years, but I love that Marcoola has still stayed that small coastal town. I was inspired to start a holiday letting business here for that very reason. I truly love it when I have a guest message to say they enjoyed their stay with us. From the beachside location or the aesthetic of our room - giving you a great experience is my greatest joy.

It's not just relaxation; it's a culinary and cultural experience. Getting around Marcoola is a breeze, offering the perfect blend of convenience and leisure. Opt for a car for longer drives to nearby gems like Coolum or Noosa.
