Upstairs - 2 Bedrooms upstairs with Queen Beds - 1 Bathroom Downstairs - 1 Bedroom with Queen Beds that opens up to outside deck - Bunk Room - Sleeps 6 (this is ideal for 6 children not 6 adults) - 2 x singles - 1 x Tri-Bunk (Double and single on the top) - 1 x Single (roll out from under double) Blackout curtains Eurostyle laundry cabinet fitted out with washer/dryer. Tri-split system A/C units. Mere minutes' drive to all amenities including shopping, services, public transport, the beautiful white sand beaches of Jervis Bay and Booderee national park. Please not we are pet friendly but non-shedding dogs only inside. All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach or lake, there is an outside shower on the East side of the house so please wash off sand. - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbour You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. St Georges Basin: The basin itself is shallow and calm — great for boating, fishing, SUP, kayaking, swimming and family water activities.
