Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. It's been recently refreshed, upgraded and newly styled. This apartment is within walking distance from OPTUS Stadium, WACA, Crown Casino and only footsteps away from the Swan River, beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and cafes. A bottle shop & a 24hr supermarket (IGA) are just around the corner. Free CAT buses at a doorstep running every 8min to CBD.
