The house is situated in a quiet street with a rear gate that takes you to the beach in 4 minutes. A short walk or quick drive away you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket to meet your every need. To ensure you get maximum enjoyment out of your stay, we provide a comprehensive Sunbaker Beach House Guide which details everything you need to know about what to do and what to see in the Culburra & Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets”. House Rules -We welcome well-behaved, mature individuals or families who will not engage in behaviour that will cause disturbance to our neighbours. -Guests will be required to digitally sign our rental agreement. -No dogs on beds or couches please -Maximum of 6 adults in groups comprised solely of adults (intergenerational groups excepted).
