A six-seater dining table offers a laidback setting to enjoy meals together, with additional stools at the breakfast bar. Make sure to experience the sunset views over the ocean from the living area or from your balcony, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinners alfresco at the ten-seater table setting. Afterwards, settle inside with a movie, having a large TV and Sonos sound bar as you stretch out on the large sofa and chaise or between two cosy armchairs. Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two king single beds in both the second and third bedrooms. The primary bedroom is complemented by a contemporary ensuite featuring a generous walk-in shower, while the main bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for a soothing soak after a day spent by the coast. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout, laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for two cars on the premises, as well as free street parking 24/7 when needed.

You'll be ideally situated right opposite Moana Beach, a great family beach where you can swim, boogie board, or grab a coffee at one of the nearby cafes and take a stroll along the sand. Seaford Central Shopping Centre is just a few minutes’ drive, where you'll find all the essentials including a supermarket, chemist, banking services and a range of eateries and takeaway options. Spend an afternoon in the vineyards enjoying award-winning wine in the renowned McLaren Vale region, just 10 minutes’ drive away, where you can also cycle the Shiraz Trail and view the beautiful d'Arenberg Cube.
