Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up the next day for a fun filled day at the beach (300m away) or park, borrow one of the free surfboards and try surfing or surf again. Im a qualified experieced surf instructer and can provide lessons if requested :) Enjoy this peaceful somewhat secret suburb with everything you need. I live in the adjoining house behind so there is no access to the garage but there is plenty of off-street parking on driveway
