Surfside Serenity sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms – king with ensuite, 1 queen, 1 double and a king single bunk and king single with trundle available, perfectly tucked away from the livings and kitchen areas. The kitchen is an entertainers delight in every sense and extremely well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook during your stay. In addition are 3 livings areas, 2 with large smart TV’s, a lockable garage and pet friendly fully enclosed garden. The home also has ducted central heating & cooling so you are cool in summer and snug in winter, especially if you use the gas heated fireplace too!. Ceiling Fans available in bedrooms. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours. Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy. The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking.
