Note: The corporation will be commencing painting works on the exterior of the building starting 30th of September 2024. A team will be abseiling down the building to carry out the work, ensuring minimal disruption to your stay. The project is estimated to be completed within four weeks. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Swainson on Franklin is the perfect serviced apartment for business or pleasure. Next to a private balcony that overlooks views of the city, the open plan living comprises of a sleek kitchen fitted with quality fixtures and appliances, a dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge dressed with sophisticated furnishings. Located 5 floors high, city living has never been so serene and you’ll enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious king and queen size mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include built in wardrobes, while the master bedroom is privy to its very own ensuite bathroom fitted with a walk in shower and bath-tub. The serviced apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience. If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park within the building for an extra fee.
