This enormous house is separated into 2 residences which are available to lease together. 54A Margaret Avenue features two living spaces, five roomy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate toilet, a sizable laundry room, a huge kitchen and dining area with plenty of storage, built-in wardrobes, and a split-system air conditioner. 54B Margaret Avenue is a beautiful self-contained property with three roomy bedrooms, a separate living room, a great-sized kitchen and eating space, and split-system air conditioning. 3 cars can fit in the carport. Enjoy the beautiful coastal neighborhood of North Brighton, which is close to the beaches of Glenelg and Brighton, where you can find a variety of restaurants and stores.
