The guest suite is a very comfortable and private area and is totally separate from the rest of the house. You have your own private entrance. No areas are shared. Comprising of a bedroom with a queen size bed, large flat screen TV in lounge area with a sofa as well as another sofa which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is a separate toilet. Hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. All linen are provided with extra blankets if needed. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay: includes kettle, bar fridge, microwave oven, coffee station, toaster, crockery, cutlery, little oven/griller, induction stove plate with pot and pan as well as an electric frying pan. Your bedrooms have a wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers and a fan. Infant cot available on request. There is FREE WiFi throughout the property. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, lovely lakes, outdoor exercise area and kiddies play park. This property unfortunately will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. I know my way around the South West of Australia, Walking to the beach for a BBQ breakfast on the beach, dolphin experiences at the Dolphin Discovery Centre, cheese and biscuits with a glass of lovely wine while you watch the sun go down, are some of my absolute favourites!

Wildlife parks and natural lakes with ducks and other bird wildlife are just 3 min walk away. Lovely bush land and green areas all around. Exercise equipment and kids play parks 1 min walk away. 4 min walk to swimming beach, dog beach, dog park, boardwalks and BBQ areas. 4WD beach, shops and Hospital close by. On bus route. Easy access to all that Bunbury has to offer. The Bunbury CBD, Cappuccino Strip and shopping centres are easily accessible from here. An ideal base to further explore the natural wonders of the South West Australia including the famous Margaret River wine growing region and Ferguson Valley. Ideally located near to the Hospital and South West Sports facilities.
