A short stroll, one street back from the Beach and Moore River mouth. Conveniently located near the Guilderton Country Club and Golf Course, Skate park, Playground and Mini Golf Course up the road, brilliant to keep the kids distracted! In an elevated position with small ocean views from the kitchen and end bedroom window. -Reverse Cycle Daikin Air Conditioning -Fenced off back yard for a dog (available upon request) -Great sized bedrooms -Large front verandah It ticks all the boxes for your weekend away. -Guests must bring their own linen including sheets, pillows, doonas & towels -Tea towels, bathmats and other essentials provided.
