‘The Bird House’ provides a beautifully appointed nest for families or groups with all the creature comforts, featuring a breezy, open-plan layout that extends to a generous outdoor living area. Glass doors open to a generous patio area where a BBQ and further seating provide an inviting alfresco dining area overlooking the pool and grassy yard. Three light and airy bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to sleep six guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom offering a queen bed, and the third including two single beds. All three bedrooms include split system air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool year-round, while both the ensuite and the main bathroom are immaculately appointed with a shower, modern vanity and complimentary toiletries. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine and dryer, a secure parking spot and free on-street parking 24/7.
