Located in the heart of Seppeltsfield on the iconic Avenue of Palms. A 200 metre walk to the Seppeltsfield winery complex with Fino Restaurant, The Jam Factory, Vasse Virgin and more. Tanunda and Nuriootpa are both a 15 minute drive with shopping and supermarkets. Greenock is a 5 minute drive with a restaurant, pub, fuel and post office.
