The property is a purpose built short stay B and B unit. There are two separate units with an adjoining door to allow 4 people to share the space. The units have a large deck to share and two free dedicated parking spaces. They have queen size beds 2 armchairs and a small dining table with 2 chairs. It also has a kitchenette and a spacious well appointed bathroom.
We are very active and enjoy our home and garden. We are involved in numerous community and sporting organisations, we enjoy entertaining and meeting new people. We travel around Tasmania regularly and enjoy sharing our knowledge and experiences.
It is a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the CBD and local attractions. It's a short walk to a cafe and an IGA and a short drive to restaurants and shops. The beach is just down the road with the penguin viewing area. We are the gateway to the Northwest and the West of the state. It's about an hour's drive to the amazing Cradle Mountain and many other attractions.
