Cozy tiny house located in beautiful acreage with a huge deck , outdoor spa bath and fire pit. Situated in a picturesque country property but only 6 minutes drive to Wamberal Beach and less than 10 minutes to Terrigal and also Erina Fair shopping. All the luxuries of home squeezed into a tiny house. Set up for a romantic weekend getaway or just a quiet place to reflect, unwind and relax. Incredible variety of birdlife and wildlife.
Matcham is a semi rural suburb nestled in-between Wamberal and Erina and off the beaten track by only a few minutes. The road is very quiet and feels like your miles away in a country side area when really you are just a few minutes from the action of Terrigal, Avoca Beach or Erina Fair. It is lovely to walk around the road and hear all the birdlife (bellbirds and whipbirds are a feature) as well as buy local produce from residences selling at the end of their driveways (oranges, fresh eggs etc). Its really quite a country paradise.
