We want our guests to completely unwind and relax, after all, isn't that what holidays are all about! We have been at The Dunes since December 2017 but have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry - come to The Dunes and let us pamper you a little!

The Dunes Cotton Tree captures the very essence of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Located in the heart of Cotton Tree we offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom self contained apartments with stunning views of the Maroochy River and Beach. Each apartment caters for at least on vehicle in the secured undercover car park with some apartments offering two car spaces. Easy security access and lift in place to all levels. Step outside and choose from the vast array of cafes, restaurants and clubs, all within walking distance of The Dunes. Shopaholic? not a problem, we have amazing boutiques in the area and if you still cant find what you are looking for it is only a short 15 minute stroll to the award winning Sunshine Plaza

Once you arrive at Cotton Tree everything you need is here. Supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy, butcher all located within our little community. Great restaurants and cafe's, The Silva Spoon Tea House, BaVigo, The Boat Shed, Cenzo's Italian Pizzeria just to name a few. If BBQing is more your style check out Cotton Tree Park just across the road, great facilities, kid's playground, basketball court, table tennis tables and right beside the beautiful Maroochy River...what more could you ask for
