The property offers a spacious, and comfortable environment with high-quality fixtures and furnishings. It boasts a variety of entertainment options, including pool and spa, gym facilities, books, board games, video games, a sandpit, bikes, kayak and wine bar (to balance things out)!
Welcome to our home! We truly hope you enjoy your stay in the house we lived in for 7 years. It's exactly as we lived in it, meaning we've spared no expense in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A bit about us... We're married with two children, four dogs and 8 chooks. We run our own construction business. Our interests include CrossFit, eating out and movies. In our spare time we enjoy fishing, camping and travelling.
This truly is the most convenient position in Dubbo! It's situated a few houses back from the Macquarie River and the Tracker Riley Cycleway, which is a popular walking and cycling track. You can walk across the LH Ford Bridge into the centre of town for a casual breakfast or evening of dinner and drinks. There is an IGA supermarket, as well as a 7/11 and other takeaway shops, and a pub all within a couple of blocks. And within just 5 minutes drive is the Taronga Western Plains Zoo, and the Dubbo City Regional Airport. The house is double brick and so even though you're amongst it all, it's still super quiet!
