I’ve loved creating a home away from home environment for my guests.

Property info

Heritage listed 2 or 3 bedroom home with modern features. Walk to everything: beach, city centre, cafes and boutiques. Stunning original floors and architectural features plus a modern extension containing bathroom, dining area and kitchen. Delightful outdoor sheltered dining area so necessary in Geraldton. Fruit shop & cafe just across the road. Facilities: 2 x air conditioners, fans, TV, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Modern bathroom plus a powder room with vanity, mirror & 2nd toilet.

Neighborhood info

Comfortable character home in a sought after area of Geraldton. Close to everything and a perfect base to explore Geraldton. Flow Vitality coffee shop just up the street and the Fruit Market is also very close and has many every day items you might need. Off street parking for up to 4 vehicle is an added bonus. The modern extension on the back of the property provides all your needs.
