The Jetty Hut is a quaint detached cottage to the main homestead. Located on Lake Bonney with direct access to the water and your own personal Jetty, it really is a lovely place for couples to enjoy everything the Riverland has to offer. Lake Bonney is renowned for it's safe beaches, stunning sunrises and sunsets, abundant wildlife and water sports. The Jetty Hut is only a few minutes from Barmera by car and boat and centrally located to all Riverland towns. The Jetty Hut is the perfect location for a couple wanting to spend some quality time together or a professional passing into or through the Riverland. The Hut has a Queen bed, bathroom, a kitchen with oven/gas cooktop, fridge, Nespresso capsule, coffee machine and microwave. A front loading washing machine is also available. There are two TV's with access to 5G WIFI and Netflix. The Hut is equipped with ceiling fans and two reverse cycle air-conditioners. Guests have access to the large pergola (55 inch TV), outdoor dining facilities (family Weber), fridge, 50m jetty and lake front with gazebo. We also have two kayaks with jackets. A fire-pit is available to use in the cooler months. There is a two car garage and plenty of room to store boats. A small flock of sheep on the property are always looking for some attention. Water vessels can be launched in Barmera and moored at the property for the duration of your stay. Bruno Bay (boat ramp) at Cobdogla is only 5 minutes away for those who would like to explore the Murray River by boat. The property sits on 90-acres, with cattle and sheep greeting you on the way in. With no neighbours it is certainly a great way to relax and enjoy the Riverland. 'The Jetty House' which sleeps ten is also available on Booking. We really enjoy inviting guests to our property. It is unique, we love the location and believe it offers the perfect spot for couples to stay in or explore the Riverland. Our fondest memories as a family have been camping at Easter on the river - the world stops for a few days, minimal disruptions from technology, smokey clothes, the kids entertain themselves and no time-lines.
