The Killcare Beach Pad has a sense of calm and practicality as soon as you enter. Adorned with beautiful artworks and thoughtful touches you will feel apart of the beautiful surrounds in no time. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping of Hardys Bay - this is the perfect place to base yourself for your beach retreat. This home is also pet friendly (see pet policy below). This recently completed stunning beach pad boasts: AC throughout Fully equipped kitchen with all the required appliances 4 double bedrooms across 3 levels for greater privacy Mater with king bed, ensuite and divine beach views 3 bathrooms - one on each level Great outdoor dining area with gas BBQ Fireplace for cozy winter getaways Landscaped native gardens Carport for 2 cars Internal laundry with washer and dryer Please note, security cameras are installed at a number of our properties. If this is of concern please contact the host for further details. Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Small non shedding dogs are allowed on request only. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind. As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest.
