Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secure two-car garage — a brand-new second-floor loft hidden above the shopfronts in the middle of Mildura's CBD. Everything worth doing is on foot: Feast Street dining two minutes away, Coles on the same block, the river under ten. Park behind the roller door and don't touch the car again. Note: access is by stairs only.
