This is a spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment with open kitchen, dining and living area high ceilings and a large patio Your own secure parking spot is provided. Privately owned and managed. Located in the Mediterranean Resort in Port Douglas . Fully catered kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry with washer/ dryer. Sofa lounge with separate large bedroom with build in wardrobe and spacious ensuite. This apartment offers all the luxury and comforts of home. The apartment is prepared for your arrival with fresh bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. (2 bath towels per person) plus pool towels( extra can be provided for long stays). Apartment is located on the first floor with kitchen/living area opening up to a large balcony which overlooks the pool and tropical gardens. Spacious bedroom with queen size bed ( roll away single bed available ) and large build in wardrobe. Full laundry with dryer, washing machine iron ironing board. Kitchen with 4 burner ceramic hotplate and oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Kettle, toaster, coffee plunger. Tea and coffee, milk and bottled water
I am a local and enjoy working in the tourism industry and have lived Port Douglas for over 25 years, just love Far North Queensland and all this tropical paradise has to offer. I love the weather, enjoy fishing and boating, the beach, hiking and travelling to Cape York and other parts of the Top End. I regularly dine out with friends at the variety of restaurants and eateries to suit any budget and enjoy the local entertainment. I am never far away from Port and always happy to help my guests any way I can. I live in the Port Douglas area, just contact me anytime should you need assistance with anything.
Good location opposite the iconic Sheraton Mirage. Just under 2 km from the heart of Port Douglas and the Marina area. It's a around a 20 minute walk into the centre of town or a short bike ride Only a minute by car. Local shuttle bus service picks up in front of resort, commencing at 7.00am each morning and stopping at 12.00am the following morning. The local bus service completes a circuit of Port Douglas every quarter of an hour (for a small fee). There is the Sheraton golf courses and a country club/gymnasium within five minutes walk . 5 minute walk across the road to four mile beach 🏖 Lots of tours and trips on offer 🌞
