Absolutely everything. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable & extremely well fitted out - there was nothing we needed. We were a group of 10 adults and we were more than comfortable. Melissa was the most amazing host before & during our stay.

A lovely house in a gorgeous setting, right next to a vineyard. All of us enjoyed our stay, and we loved the fireplace, which kept us nice and warm. It was very clean, and we appreciated the Aesop soaps and shampoos. Kitchen was one of the most...

The Reserve Barossa
The Reserve Barossa is Brilliant and Unique for so many reasons. Smack bang in amongst Australia’s best vineyards on the best street in the Barossa, Seppeltsfield Road. The Reserve Barossa is on 6 acres and accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, just the thing after a Saturday morning trip to the local farmers market, three bathrooms, several living and dining areas, and laundry. The Reserve Barossa has its own small library - wine room and open fire place. There are magnificent views across some of the Barossa's best Shiraz, and a huge outdoor area with a pizza wood oven. There is a 6 person outdoor spa and a helipad (in case you arrive by helicopter). The Reserve Barossa is the perfect escape to relax and indulge all the Barossa has to offer.
I’m a CEO and Entrepreneur of a global company, I travel about 50% of the year for nearly 35 years for work and exploring the world. The Reserve Barossa is a very special place for me. After years of renting houses (villas) in Tuscany, Greece etc. I wanted a place where we could do the same in the Barossa, where we could have a whole house for the week or weekend for a group of friends and family. A long search and tough brief. It had to be a house on acreage, close to town and the best wineries, I didn’t want to own vineyards but I wanted to have uninterrupted views of them. Somewhere we could cook those big gathering outside lunches and dinners in under the vines and equally a space that we could just lie on the lawn under the gum trees or play cricket or lawn games (we have it all there for you). I love the Barossa, the people, history and and some of the best Shiraz in the world literally on our doorstep. I am a Dad to my son Jet who is 13 and Partner to Sally who owns her own Skin Care business. I work in the Gaming business globally, I am a helicopter pilot, been travelling and exploring the world for 35+ years. I hope you enjoy our home away from home.
Whether you are a tourist to the Barossa Valley or call this picturesque region home, Seppeltsfield Road is a must visit destination. It showcases many of the Barossa’s finest wineries, prestigious award winning restaurants, luxurious vineyard stays plus hidden gems to create an experience to remember. A short drive from Adelaide, Seppeltsfield Road is located just over an hour’s drive from Adelaide in South Australia. The western entrance has an Avenue of Palms – a five kilometre trail of Canary Island Date Palms, planted by Seppeltsfield workers during the Great Depression. Over 2000 palms now line the sides of Seppeltsfield Road, providing one of Australia’s most visually spectacular driving avenues. Absorb the warmth, passion and generosity of the artisans you meet behind each door and there is nothing quite like Barossa hospitality. We invite you to immerse yourself in the part of the Barossa we call home – Seppeltsfield Road.
