A spacious, sunny, stylish space designed to help your group of friends or families get away together and have some time to really relax. The Sandy Retreat has three bedrooms which sleeps 8 people. The Retreat provides a beautiful beach vibe together with the luxury comforts of home - all within a five minute walk of one of the best beaches in Australia. Sandy Point is not something you can explain - it has to be experienced. Large glass doors open from the decking into the spacious and sunlit lounge/family room that has two seperate living areas. One is perfect for a cup of wine or tea around a beautiful fire place and the other has a big screen TV perfect for a movie night for the kids or family. There are three bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms have queen size beds and custom built in robes. The third room has two trundle beds plus a futon. With the trundle beds the house perfectly suits 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). There are two bathrooms with showers and one bath. There is split air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms all have fans. There is also an outside hot water shower behind the house perfect for when you get back from the beach.
