A welcoming bright and warm one bedroom room with ensuite.The room is attached to our house but is completely private. Driveway entry to enclosed private patio with outdoor seating and heating in winter. Kitchenette supplied with microwave, Airfryer, kettle, toaster and all essentials. 55in smart TV with Wifi, Netflix, Stan and AmazonPrime. Filtered drinking water. USB charging points. There is a infrared radiant heater in the patio for comfort in colder months. 300 meters to IGA supermarket, Liquorland, laundromat, bakery, fast food takeaway. 2 min drive to popular West Beach or town centre. Please refrain from asking for exemptions on pets, animals, children and smoking as we do not wish to offend our guests when we deny this request. We don't allow smoking and vaping anywhere on the premises. Portable gas stoves and other cooking appliances are not to be used. Please read all facilities available thoroughly. Admission to the accommodation will be denied if these requests aren't respected. Thank you.
We will try to greet you on arrival and help with any queries you may have. Sinclair is a small, friendly suburb with lots of basic amenities. Close to bus stops and short distance to town centre and popular beaches. Escooters located in the area. We live in a nice, friendly neighbourhood, Close to town and West Beach.
