Marine Parade is North Facing with Beautiful Lake Views, and footpaths for easy walking, either along the foreshore or easy access to the Shopping, Cafes and The Esplanade. Boating and Fishing Charters and Hire are also within easy reach, as is the Footbridge and Surf Beach.
