Located on the banks of the Inglis river, The Waterfront Wynyard offers a range of accommodations types in their motel units, all north-facing, with views across the waterfront precinct. The guest lounge is open Monday to Thursday evenings and offers guests a selection of local Tasmanian wines and beers to enjoy while soaking in the views. The motel is just a few minutes' drive from the Burnie/Wynyard Airport and 20 minutes' drive from Burnie. It is 45 minutes' drive from Devonport and Stanley and 1.5 hours from Cradle Mountain. All rooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. All rooms also have tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar items for purchase and private private bathrooms with showers. Also included in all rooms is a flat-screen Smart TV and free WiFi. Offering a traditional motel-style layout, all guest rooms are located next to each other and parking is right at your front door. Guests can enjoy views of the waterfront precinct right from their doorstep or from the guest lounge area. The Waterfront Wynyard is a couple of minutes' walk to a range of eateries in the Wynyard main street. There are great walks along the river and sea front for those looking to take in a stroll after a long day of touring.
