Well appointed 2 bedroom unit in exceptional location on top of the range in East Toowoomba. Walking distance to St Vincents Hospital, Surgicentre, Toowoomba Grammar, Eastville & The Range Shopping Centre. 5 minute drive to Picnic Point. King & Twin bedrooms both fitted with televisions, airconditioning and very comfortable beds. Full sized kitchen with utensils, spacious bathroom & laundry area with washer/dryer combo. Private courtyard. Clean, comfortable accommodation in privately owned complex for up to 6 guests.
