Newly renovated, architecturally designed studio set among trees with city views to the ocean. It is located in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the city, beaches and other attractions as well as being close to public transport. Well equipped with small kitchenette .Perfect for short stays. It opens onto a sunny verandah overlooking garden with outdoor seating. It is one of 2 apartments with private access via garden steps. Handrail in place. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. The owners live upstairs and respect your privacy,
