We are letting the downstairs 2 bedroom unit that was completely renovated in 2016 as well as a new Heated Swimming pool installed. The unit is downstairs so you do not get excessively hot or cold as you are insulated by the top level (where we live) The unit also has its own new split systems heating/cooling unit, one in the lounge room and one in each of the bedrooms.
We are a retired couple.
We live on a no through road so there is very little traffic and we are directly across from the Picturesque Lakes Entrance Golf Club that ranks as one of the top 100 in the Country.
